All of my cards are numbered so I can keep track of how many cards I've made along with the month and year I made them.
The layout designs that I use on my cards are provided from the design team at Freshly Made Sketches and Mojo Monday card challenges. The color schemes on some of my cards are compliments of the Color Throwdown card challenge. I owe my thanks to them for the use of these challenges.

Ink : Black
Stamp Set : Beary Fun rubber stamp set
Accessories : Black 1/4" ribbon, yellow brad, colored pencils
Tools : 2" scalloped circle hand punch, Paw Print Background embossing folder

You can also find this card posted in the Color Throwdown challenge, which is located at http://www.colorthrowdown.blogspot.com. This weeks challenge was to use Black, Yellow, and White. I hope you will enjoy this challenge.

I used black in to stamp the bear onto the card and then I used colored pencils to give it kind of a soft look. The 2 paw prints above the bear are also stamped on with black ink and so is the sentiment, which are all from my Beary Fun rubber stamp set.

The printed paper is from my Snap Color Vibe paper pack from Simple Stories.

For the background image, I chose my Paw Print Background embossing folder.

My Honey

My Honey
# 428-2015-04
Supplies used :
Cardstock : Black, White, Snap Color Vibe from Simple Stories paper pack
Ink : Black
Stamp Set : Beary Fun rubber stamp set
Accessories : Honeycomb embossing folder, Black 1/4" ribbon, yellow brad

You can also find this card posted in this weeks Freshly Made Sketches card challenge at http://www.freshlymadesketches.blogspot.com as well as this weeks Color Throwdown card challenge, which is at http://www.colorthrowdown.blogspot.com

As I was checking out this weeks layout design and the cards the design team had made, I kept going back to the card that Narelle had made. She always makes such wonderful cards. So I decided to make my card a little bit like hers.

I chose black and white cardstock with paper from my Snap Color Vibe paper pack from Simple Stories.

The bear and the sentiment are both from my Beary Fun rubber stamp set. I used black ink to stamp them onto white cardstock and then I cut out the bear and used a double-sided dimensional sticker to attach it to the card. I also used colored pencils to give the bear some color.

Then I used a black 1/4" ribbon and a yellow brad instead of a button and Baker's Twine like what Narelle used on her card.

I hope you have enjoyed your visit and you will return soon. Please feel free to follow my blog and check out more of my cards as I post them. Thanks for stopping by.

Thinking of You...

Thinking of You
#359-2014-09
Supplies used for this card are : Pastel Yellow cardstock, Yellow pre-folded cardstock, and White cardstock. Other supplies used are : Doodle Flowers clear stamp set, Beary Fun rubber stamp set (sentiment), Stencils, Colored Pencils, Green Brads, Lavender 1/4 inch ribbon, and a butterfly sticker.
Stampin' Up supplies used are : paper piercing tool.
Stampin' Up inks used are : Elegant Eggplant, Night of Navy, Sage Green, Pumpkin Pie, Rose Red, and Violet Dye Ink.
First, I used a stencil and layed it on my paper. Then I took sponges and dabbed them onto the inks and then onto the stencil design. This gave the arrow pattern on the left side. Then I took the lavender 1/4 inch ribbon and adhered one on each side the the arrow pattern. The flowers are from the Doodle Flowers clear stamp set, which I stamped onto white paper and colored them in using colored pencils before cutting them out by hand and adhering them using double-sided adhesives to give them a 3D look. Then I attached 6 green brads. The sentiment is from the Beary Fun rubber stamp set and is stamped onto white paper with Violet dye ink and then cut out by hand and adhered with a double-sided adhesive. Then I used a butterfly sticker for an added touch. I hope you have enjoyed your visit to my blog and I thank you for stopping by...

This card is the same as the one shown above, except I used blue and white instead of yellow and lavender. I also used light blue brads instead of green. And for the flowers, I used Ballet Blue and Old Olive inks touched up with a Navy Blue colored pencil.
